Requirements

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

About the Role

You will lead our caregiving team, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage resident care plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for families. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior care management
• Knowledge of Washington State adult family home regulations
• Active nursing license (LPN or RN) or Administrator credential preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff
• Experience with care plan development and compliance documentation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to pass background check
