Requirements

  • CNA, HCA, or NAR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Genuine passion for working with elderly residents
  • Prior experience in senior care or adult family homes preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background check

You will lead our caregiving team, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage resident care plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for families. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to providing exceptional senior care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in senior care management
  • Knowledge of Washington State adult family home regulations
  • Active nursing license (LPN or RN) or Administrator credential preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff
  • Experience with care plan development and compliance documentation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to pass background check
